During Phase 1, we got the Chief renovated in time to open up our first two shows of the season- White Christmas and Rudolph Jr. It was a wild year of renovations- Phase 1 included replacing all water damaged tiles, removal of the 80-year-old sound baffling fabric, SO MUCH PAINTING, replacing carpet, extending the stage to 40 feet and building an entirely new stage structure, over $40,000 in electrical and re-wiring, new sound and lights, acoustic paneling, audience safety lights and railings and so many small details, cleaning and organizational tasks.
